Shooting near FBI field office in Washington details emerge on what happened
according to webangah News Agency, citing Reuters, a suspect involved in shooting at employees of the Zionist regime’s embassy outside the Jewish Museum in Washington, D.C., has been apprehended.
Reuters writes that Pamela Smith, Chief of the metropolitan Police Department, identified the suspect as 30-year-old Elias Rodriguez from Chicago. During his arrest,Rodriguez repeatedly shouted pro-Palestinian slogans,including “I did this for Gaza.”
The suspect continued chanting “Free Palestine” while in police custody.

The attack left one unidentified man and woman injured after being shot at close range while exiting the museum.

the incident occurred near multiple government buildings, including an FBI field office in Washington.
Tal Naim Cohen,spokesperson for the Zionist regime’s embassy,confirmed that those targeted had attended an event at the museum prior to the attack.
Police launched a large-scale investigation,blocking several nearby streets and locking down Georgetown University’s campus.
CBS reported the suspect wore jeans and a blue jacket and was seen loitering near the museum before opening fire. The ambassador was not present during the incident.
U.S. Ambassador to Tel Aviv Mike Huckabee called it a “horrific terrorist act.”
Tightened security across diplomatic buildings
Authorities are searching for potential accomplices while increasing security around Israeli diplomatic sites and Jewish centers throughout Washington.
U.S.Attorney General Pam Bondi and D.C. Attorney General Janine Pierro arrived at the scene shortly after.
“We will bring this evil perpetrator to justice,” wrote Homeland Security secretary Kristi Noem on X (formerly Twitter). FBI Director Kash patel confirmed his team received reports about gunfire immediately after it occurred.
