Putin says decision made to establish buffer zone along Ukraine border
According to webangah News Agency, Vladimir Putin has ordered the rapid development of a complete reconstruction plan for the war-damaged regions of Kursk, Belgorod, and Bryansk during a meeting in Moscow.
The Russian Defense Ministry, Interior Ministry, Emergency Situations Ministry, Health Ministry, and other government agencies must collaborate on this initiative.
In his address, Putin condemned Ukrainian armed forces and foreign mercenaries for employing terrorist tactics.He stated: “Ukrainian troops deliberately target civilian vehicles including ambulances during drone attacks and sabotage operations – selecting objectives with no military significance.”
“Our armed forces are actively suppressing enemy firing positions while working to resolve this security challenge,” he added.
