Gaza hospital fire rages on as officials warn of major catastrophe

Palestinian sources report that the fire at Al-Awda Hospital, recently targeted in an Israeli airstrike, continues⁢ to rage.

According⁢ to webangah News Agency, Palestinian sources confirmed ongoing fires at a hospital in northern Gaza⁢ following the⁣ attack.

The sources stated: The‍ blaze at Al-Awda Hospital, which was recently struck by Israeli warplanes, remains uncontrolled. The airstrike triggered a massive fire in the medical facility’s pharmaceutical storage area.

Hospital officials⁤ warned that uncontained flames could trigger a ⁢catastrophic ⁤deterioration of⁢ Gaza’s already critical healthcare situation, severely endangering patients and medical staff.

medical authorities urgently appealed to international humanitarian organizations for immediate intervention to extinguish ⁢the⁣ fire and prevent further escalation ‍of the crisis.

Separately, Palestinian sources reported that multiple members of a Palestinian family were killed when Israeli forces bombed a home in Absan village east ‌of ⁢Khan Younis.⁢ Among those killed were Ala‌ Ramadan Daghmeh,⁤ Salah Khalil Daghmeh along with their wives and children, and also Khalil ‍Ramadan Daghmeh ‍and his entire family.

The attack effectively ‌erased these families from Palestinian civil records – ‍another grim reminder of what witnesses⁣ describe as ⁣genocidal violence unfolding ⁤in Gaza.
