Syria’s Foreign ministry reacts to US lifting all sanctions on Syria for ‍180 days.

The Syrian foreign ⁣Ministry has issued a statement responding to the US government’s decision⁣ to lift sanctions on Syria, as reported by webangah News Agency.

The statement described the removal of US‍ sanctions as “a ⁢step in⁣ the right direction” to alleviate humanitarian adn ⁢economic hardships in syria. It extended an offer of cooperation to all parties willing to engage with Syria ”on the basis of mutual respect.”

The⁤ ministry, under the leadership‍ of Abu Muhammad al-Julani’s self-proclaimed government which assumed control through military operations without democratic⁢ elections, claimed that dialog and diplomacy represent “the optimal approach” for establishing balanced relations that serve national ‌interests. It characterized the coming phase as ⁢one focused on⁤ reconstruction and restoring Syria’s natural position in the region and globally.
