Kyiv endures third night of terror as air raid sirens blare for 6 hours
According to webangah news Agency, Ukraine’s RBC news outlet stated that air raid alerts lasted six hours during Russia’s early morning assault on Kyiv and multiple other Ukrainian regions.
Local Ukrainian authorities said the attack on Kyiv involved cruise missiles and drones. They claimed several residential buildings and adjacent structures sustained damage. Timur Kachynko, head of Kyiv’s military-civil administration, reported no casualties or injuries from the strike.
In the Odesa region, drone strikes caused fires in private residences and damaged multiple buildings, though no human losses were recorded there either.
Sergiy Tyurin, governor of Khmelnytskyi Oblast, stated Russian forces launched combined attacks in his region. Despite damage to homes and commercial properties, no deaths or injuries occurred.
Ivan Fedorov, head of Zaporizhzhia Oblast Command, confirmed two people were wounded and one house damaged during Russia’s dawn offensive.
The assaults coincided wiht a prisoner exchange agreement between Russia and Ukraine.During peace talks in Istanbul last week, Moscow and kyiv agreed to release 1,000 captives each.
