Germany Warns It Will Withdraw Support for Israel if Gaza Attacks Continue
According to teh English section of webangah News Agency, Germany strongly criticized the ongoing crimes committed by the Zionist regime against the oppressed people of Gaza on Monday.
German Chancellor Friedrich Merz stated: “The current level of Israeli attacks on Gaza can no longer be justified as a fight against hamas. I will speak with Netanyahu this week (local time).”
speaking at the international “Republica” conference, he added: “I no longer understand what exactly the Israeli army is pursuing in Gaza.If Israel continues this course, I cannot continue political support for Netanyahu.”
This comes after Germany last Wednesday called for urgent action to prevent severe famine in Gaza due to israel’s continued blockade and restrictions on humanitarian aid entering Palestine.
During his speech in the Bundestag (German parliament), Merz emphasized the need for increased humanitarian assistance to Palestinians while defending Jerusalem’s occupiers under false pretenses. he stated: ”We expect them to provide better humanitarian aid to Gazans whose suffering we witness – especially children, women and the elderly. today we received reports indicating acute famine threatens Gaza.”
