Police confirmed 20 individuals received on-site treatment,while 27 others—including four children—were hospitalized. Local emergency services stated one child and one adult are in critical condition. Four victims trapped under the vehicle were rescued by firefighters.
A 53-year-old British man, believed to be the driver, has been arrested. Authorities have indicated the incident does not appear terror-related.
