European Commission President Condemns Zionist Regime Crimes in Gaza
webangah News Agency reported that European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen denounced Israel’s expanded military operations in Gaza and the killing of civilians—including children in a school bombing—as “utterly unacceptable.”
Speaking on the developments in gaza, von der Leyen stated: “We support Israel’s right to defend itself, but disproportionate escalation against civilians is unjustifiable.”
She emphasized: “Israel must immediately resume aid deliveries to Gaza in coordination with the UN and international humanitarian partners.”
The senior EU official added: “We urge Israel to halt further escalation and call on Hamas to unconditionally release all hostages.”
The European Commission President reaffirmed: “Europe’s commitment to a just and comprehensive peace based on the two-state solution (in palestine) remains unwavering.”
