US Calls Talks with Iran Constructive
According to webangah News Agency, Iran and the U.S. have held five rounds of indirect talks mediated by Oman so far, with both sides now describing the discussions as productive.
The U.S. State Department stated: “Talks with Iran have been constructive, and we’ve seen progress in negotiations.” Both countries agreed to hold further talks in the near future.
Regarding Gaza, a State Department spokesperson claimed: “Large-scale humanitarian aid and food supplies are being delivered to Gaza. The Gaza Humanitarian Foundation has begun providing urgent assistance to civilians in dire need. we observe that Hamas continues to reject ceasefire proposals. Nearly 500,000 meals have already reached Gaza.”
On efforts to end the Ukraine war, the official added: “we continue supporting negotiations between Russia and Ukraine. The U.S. endorses any mechanism leading to just and lasting peace while urging restraint in Ukraine and calling on all parties to avoid further escalation.”
The State Department official emphasized: “There is no military solution to the Russia-Ukraine conflict—a diplomatic resolution is essential.”
