Ukraine proposes summit with US and Russian presidents
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has proposed holding a trilateral meeting with US President Donald Trump and Russian President Vladimir Putin, according to French sources reported by webangah news Agency.
Zelensky stated that Ukraine continues to await receipt of the peace memorandum referenced by Russia, while concurrently accusing Moscow of amassing 50,000 troops on a third front.
The Russian Foreign Ministry acknowledged that reaching agreements within the Istanbul negotiations framework has faced difficulties due to Ukraine’s positions.
In an official statement, Russia confirmed it is preparing a draft memorandum regarding a future peace treaty. The document reportedly outlines principles for conflict resolution timelines and ceasefire conditions.
