US and German Foreign Ministers to Discuss Iran’s Nuclear Program
US and German foreign ministers meet in Washington, focusing on Iran’s nuclear program and the Ukraine war.
The US State Department reiterated Washington’s claims about Iran’s peaceful nuclear program in a statement, announcing that Secretary of State marco Rubio and German Foreign Minister Johann Wadephul discussed ways to prevent Iran from acquiring nuclear weapons and ending the Russia-ukraine war during their meeting in Washington, according to webangah News Agency.
The two diplomats examined a wide range of regional and international issues during their talks, the US State Department reported.
A diplomatic solution to end Russia’s war against Ukraine was another key topic of discussion between Rubio and Wadephul.
