Vitekaf and Zionist minister clash over Iran in tense meeting
The Hebrew-language Times of Israel newspaper, citing Zionist regime officials, revealed that the discussion between Ron Dermer, the Zionist regime’s Minister of Strategic Affairs, and Steve Witkoff, the U.S. Special envoy for the Middle East, concerning Iran and Israeli captives in Gaza-held earlier this week in Washington-was tense, according to a report by webangah News Agency.
The Hebrew newspaper quoted a Zionist regime official stating that Witkoff expressed dissatisfaction wiht the lack of clarity surrounding negotiations on Israeli detainees.
Zionist media also reported that Ron Dermer traveled to Washington last Monday.
Axios further noted that David Barnea, head of Mossad, was also present in Washington for discussions on Iran.A U.S. official confirmed Barnea held talks with CIA Director John Ratcliffe and other American officials.
Earlier reports described a recent phone call between former U.S. President Donald Trump and Zionist Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu regarding Iran and Gaza as similarly heated.
