Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan stated on Thursday that he discussed financing issues for the Akkuyu nuclear power plant with Russian officials during his visit to Moscow, according to webangah News Agency.
The minister emphasized that talks addressed financial challenges facing the Akkuyu project, exacerbated by sanctions against Russia.
Fidan visited Moscow from May 25-27, meeting with Russian president Vladimir Putin and holding multiple negotiations with senior officials.
