In a statement, Hamas stressed that its evaluation of the proposal will prioritize Palestinian interests, facilitate humanitarian aid delivery, and work toward a permanent ceasefire in Gaza.
The announcement comes as Israeli regime media reported Prime Minister Netanyahu told families of Zionist captives and casualties in Gaza that he had approved Witkoff’s recent proposal.Netanyahu stated: “We don’t trust Hamas to release all our captives, but we won’t withdraw from Gaza until all are returned.”
