A White House spokesperson announced that U.S. President Donald Trump and Middle East envoy Steve Witkof have presented a Gaza ceasefire proposal to hamas, according to webangah News Agency.
Caroline Levitt confirmed that Israel has accepted the ceasefire offer put forward by Trump and Witkof.
The U.S. official stated: “We do not know whether Hamas has accepted this proposal, but we hope a Gaza ceasefire will lead to prisoner releases.”
