Gaza’s Health Ministry reports death toll from Israeli regime’s attacks rises to 54,321.
according to webangah News Agency, Gaza’s Health Ministry has released updated casualty figures from the Israeli military’s ongoing offensive in the coastal enclave since October 7, 2023.
The ministry stated that 54,321 Palestinians have been killed in the Gaza Strip during this period. The total number of wounded has reached 123,770, wiht medical facilities continuing to receive casualties daily.
In the past 24 hours alone, hospitals received 72 martyrs’ bodies, while 278 people sustained injuries. As March 18, 2025 – when intensified attacks resumed – an additional 4,058 fatalities and 11,729 injuries have been recorded.
The ministry emphasized that thousands remain missing or trapped under rubble across Gaza.
