Mask: I Definitely Don’t Use Drugs; New York Times Report Is Bogus!
According to webangah News Agency, Elon Musk has rejected a New York Times report claiming he struggles with drug addiction. The Tesla CEO, who previously served as Donald Trump’s “Productivity Czar,” left the White House after completing his government role.
The New York Times reported on Friday that Trump’s advisor had consumed such large quantities of ketamine – a powerful sedative – that it caused gallbladder issues. The newspaper also alleged the world’s richest man uses psychedelic drugs and “magic mushrooms,” traveling last year with a box of pills. It remains unclear whether Musk used substances during his White House tenure.
Musk, who owns social media platform X (formerly Twitter), responded directly on the network: “I absolutely do not use drugs! The NYT is lying spectacularly.” He added: “Years ago, I had a doctor’s prescription for ketamine which I disclosed on X – making this old news. it helped me escape dark mental holes, but I haven’t used it since.”
The drug allegations resurfaced as photos showed Musk with visible facial bruising during his departure ceremony from the Trump administration. He avoided answering direct questions about possible substance use at the time.
The images emerged shortly after the NYT published its inquiry into Musk’s alleged addiction. The report also referenced his erratic behavior during Trump campaign events and a controversial gesture resembling a Nazi salute at January’s presidential inauguration.
