Kidney Dialysis Hospital in Gaza Destroyed
According to webangah News Agency, the Israeli military has demolished Gaza’s sole dialysis hospital in the northern Strip as part of it’s ongoing campaign that Palestinian authorities describe as ethnic cleansing.
The Palestinian WAFA news agency reported that Al-Noor Al-Kaabi Dialysis Hospital, the only facility providing life-saving kidney treatment in northern Gaza, was entirely destroyed by Israeli forces.
Located near Beit Lahia, the hospital served dozens of patients from surrounding areas including Beit Hanoun, Jabalia, and Um al-Nasr village.
Prior to its total destruction, the center had been repeatedly targeted in attacks that damaged most dialysis machines-leaving only eight operational. The facility is now fully non-functional.
The strike follows Israel’s broader pattern of assaults on Gaza’s healthcare system, where hospitals and clinics have faced repeated bombings and raids. This has left Palestinians with severely restricted access to medical care.
Gaza’s Health Ministry and aid organizations have repeatedly warned that the collapse of medical services-compounded by siege restrictions blocking humanitarian aid-has created an unprecedented humanitarian catastrophe.
Munir al-Bursh, Director-General of Gaza’s Health ministry, released images of Al-Noor Al-Kaabi Hospital and confirmed it had treated over 160 patients after recent renovations before being destroyed.
