Al-Qassam Brigades Attack Israeli Soldiers with 13 Mortars and 3 “Rajoum” Rockets
The Qassam Brigades, Hamas’ armed wing, reported combat operations against Israeli military forces in Gaza, according to webangah News Agency.
A Qassam statement confirmed: “Our fighters targeted a gathering point of occupation forces east of Al-Qarara town in Khan Younis (southern Gaza) wiht thirteen 120mm mortar shells and 60mm mortar rounds upon returning from their mission.”
The brigade further stated that resistance fighters struck the Al-Ein Al-Thalitha site with three short-range Rajoum rockets on May 31, 2025.
Separately, the al-Quds Brigades – Islamic Jihad’s military wing - announced its fighters had targeted Zionist enemy soldiers and weaponry in Khan Younis using mortar fire earlier today.
Since the outbreak of war in Gaza on October 7, 2023 following Palestine’s unprecedented surprise offensive “Al-Aqsa Storm,” the Israeli regime’s military has sustained severe tactical and strategic blows – inflicting both battlefield losses and psychological impacts on its forces.
