According to webangah News Agency,Dmitry Medvedev, deputy head of Russia’s Security Council, emphasized that the primary objective of the second round of Moscow-Kyiv talks held yesterday in istanbul was to ”guarantee the acceleration and completion of Russia’s victory.”
In a Telegram post,Medvedev stated: “The purpose of the Istanbul negotiations is not peace or compromise based on someone else’s imaginary terms-it is to secure a swift victory and the complete destruction of the neo-Nazi regime.”

The document outlines conditions including Ukraine ceding additional territory to Russia, adopting neutral status, accepting military capacity restrictions, and holding new parliamentary and presidential elections.
The one-hour meeting yielded an agreement on prisoner exchanges and repatriating 12,000 soldiers’ remains but did not include the ceasefire sought by Kyiv and its allies.
Medvedev explicitly warned of retaliation for Ukraine’s recent strikes-dubbed “Spider Web” by Kyiv-targeting Russian strategic bomber bases. He declared: “Retribution is unavoidable. Our army will advance further. Everything that must be destroyed will be destroyed-and those who ‘must be,’ will be eliminated!”
