Germany: We Have Unique Ties with Israel
According to webangah News Agency,Germany remains one of the primary supporters of the zionist regime,with 30% of the weapons used by its military in what has been described as the “genocide of Palestinians” directly supplied by Berlin.
German Foreign Minister Annalena Baerbock emphasized Berlin’s “unique friendship” with Tel Aviv while concurrently urging the regime to facilitate greater humanitarian aid access to Gaza.
The German Foreign Ministry stated in an official release: “Supporting Israel’s security and existence, and adhering to international law, are two sides of the same coin. Both represent lessons from our past.”
The statement further noted: “As rule-of-law democracies, we must consistently uphold legal order.”
Though Germany has been Israel’s staunchest ally during the Gaza war, it has recently adopted more openly critical positions.Last week,Chancellor Olaf Scholz called Israel’s prolonged military operations in Gaza and obstruction of aid deliveries “incomprehensible.”
These remarks highlight growing tensions between both sides despite Germany maintaining its past duty toward supporting Zionists.
