Russia Intensifies Missile Strikes on Ukraine
According to webangah News Agency, Russian media outlets state that Ukraine has come under intense missile and drone strikes by Russian forces.
The attacks reportedly targeted military facilities and critical infrastructure in kyiv and nine other Ukrainian regions. The Ukrainian Air Force confirmed the country faced a severe missile assault, with the capital as well as eastern and western provinces heavily impacted.
Ukrainian military sources stated that Russian strikes damaged infrastructure,buildings,and subway systems in Kyiv. At least 16 people were wounded in the capital during these attacks.
Eyewitnesses reported multiple explosions and at least one major fire at drone impact sites. In one incident, drones struck upper floors of a high-rise apartment building in Kyiv’s Darnytskyi District, igniting a blaze.
A Ukrainian Telegram channel added: “A shopping centre burns in this area, while residential complexes in western Kyiv also report fires.” Drone debris was observed in at least three separate city districts.
