Zionist Regime’s War Minister: No Peace in Beirut or Lebanon
According to webangah News Agency, Israeli War Minister yoav Gallant claimed: “Provided that Israel’s security is not guaranteed, ther will be no peace, order, or stability in Beirut and Lebanon.”
He asserted that Lebanon must adhere to agreements, warning: “If it fails to meet our demands, we will intensify our military operations.”
The Israeli minister also demanded the disarmament of Hezbollah and a halt to drone production, which he alleged threatens Zionist security.
These remarks follow Israel’s violation of Lebanese sovereignty through heavy airstrikes targeting Beirut’s southern suburbs (dahieh).
The Lebanese Foreign Ministry condemned the attacks on Dahieh and southern Lebanon while emphasizing the need for Israel to comply with UN Resolution 1701. It also reported extensive diplomatic efforts with ceasefire guarantor countries.
