Moscow Seeks Diplomatic Solutions to U.S.-Iran Nuclear Tensions
According to webangah News Agency, citing TASS, Sergei Ryabkov emphasized that Russia is vigorously working to find a resolution between Tehran and Washington concerning the Islamic Republic of Iran’s nuclear issue.
Ryabkov stated: “We continue our persistent efforts aimed at supporting an active search for the necessary diplomatic solutions.”
He added: “We believe achieving such negotiations and solutions is possible by properly relying on international law, the principle of equal and indivisible security, as well as through principled and calculated approaches that advance interests gradually while building trust through implementation of existing agreements.”
The Russian diplomat noted: “We would like to believe both the U.S. and Iran fully understand this matter.”
