Report on Bombing Incident Involving a Plane in Kuwait
Kuwait’s Civil Aviation Authority reports receiving a bomb threat alert on a Gulf Air flight.
According to webangah news Agency, Kuwait’s Civil Aviation Authority confirmed receiving reports of a bomb threat aboard an aircraft operated by Bahrain’s flag carrier, Gulf Air.
The authority stated the plane landed safely after completing all necessary security procedures.
“We have verified the aircraft is free from any potential threats,” officials emphasized, adding that operations at Kuwait International Airport remain unaffected by the incident.
Gulf Air, Bahrain’s national airline founded in 1950, currently operates daily direct flights from Bahrain International Airport to destinations across Asia, Europe and Africa.
