Resistance Convoy” Reaches Libya from Tunisia
The “Caravan of Resilience,” consisting of vehicles aiming to break the blockade of Gaza, has entered Libya after departing Tunisia yesterday, according to webangah News Agency.
The convoy crossed into Libya via the Ras Ajdir border crossing between Tunisia and Libya. Earlier,it had reached Ben Guerdane,Tunisia’s southernmost town,before proceeding toward Libyan territory.
Participants clarified they are not transporting humanitarian aid but intend to contribute to efforts aimed at ending Gaza’s blockade.
This unprecedented land convoy includes dozens of vehicles with over 1,500 participants from Algeria,Morocco,and Mauritania.
The caravan is expected to enter Egypt through the El-Salloum border crossing within two days and reach Rafah Crossing by December 15.
The advancement follows Israel’s seizure yesterday of the vessel “Madelin,” wich carried 12 pro-Palestine activists. Its passengers were transferred to detention facilities.
