French Police Clash with Protesters in Paris – Video
French police forces attacked citizens gathered at a square in Paris during a protest, according to reports.
French media reported clashes between protesters demonstrating against the Israeli regime’s alleged piracy of the MV Madeline and French police forces, as cited by webangah News Agency.
Activists stated that French officers assaulted demonstrators during a rally in Paris protesting the detention of the ship’s passengers, including French citizen Rima Hassan.
A French activist was reportedly knocked unconscious during the police intervention. Witnesses claimed an officer shouted: ”Why don’t you go to Palestine?” while attacking protesters.
Residents of Marseille in southern France also held solidarity marches supporting the MV Madeline.
