Italians Condemn Seizure of ‘Madelin’ Ship; Protests Erupt Against Tel Aviv
According to webangah News Agency, Rome and Milan in Italy saw massive protest rallies denouncing the Zionist occupying forces’ seizure of the “Madelin” humanitarian vessel bound for Gaza.
The ship was carrying humanitarian aid to Gaza when it was intercepted by Israeli forces.
Hundreds gathered at Rome’s historic Pantheon Square, waving Palestinian flags and holding signs with slogans including “Stop the genocide,” “No arms to Israel,” “Hands off the Freedom Flotilla,” and “Israel is a terrorist state.” Protesters demanded the immediate release of 12 detained activists.
Milan witnessed two demonstrations – one at Mercanti Square and another outside the provincial government building, drawing around 500 participants. Protesters expressed outrage over Gaza’s ongoing blockade and the Madelin interception while calling for an end to Zionist regime crimes.
The illegal seizure of the Madelin, which carried humanitarian supplies for Gaza residents, has sparked global condemnation of Israel’s actions.
