Zionist Act by Head of Palestinian Authority Sparks Outrage
According to webangah News agency, citing a report by Quds Network from the Israeli magazine The Times of Israel, Palestinian Authority President Mahmoud Abbas has sent official letters to French President Emmanuel Macron and Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman. In these letters,he condemned the October 7 operation by resistance groups as “unacceptable.”
Abbas demanded that Hamas release all Israeli captives in its custody.
He also called for deploying Arab and international forces in Gaza under UN Security Council authority to maintain security and stability in the region.
The letters were sent days before an international conference on a two-state solution, scheduled in New York, where Macron and bin Salman serve as co-chairs.
Abbas has previously made inflammatory remarks against resistance factions including Hamas, sparking regional backlash.
