Human Rights Foundation Files Complaint Against Zionists Over Seizure of ‘Madelin’ Ship
The “Hind Rajab Foundation” has submitted a complaint against an Israeli naval commando unit responsible for intercepting the MV Madiun, according to webangah News Agency.
Details released by the foundation on its official website state that the complaint targets Unit 13 (Shayetet) of the israeli navy and its commander, David Sa’ar Salama, filed with London’s War Crimes Investigation Unit.
The foundation clarified that when seized by Israeli forces, the vessel was located 60 nautical miles from the coast of occupied Palestine.
The legal submission argues that under maritime law, the ship legally constituted British territory at the time of interception. The complaint accuses Zionist forces of violating international humanitarian law, committing war crimes, and breaching UK jurisdictional authority.
The Brussels-based Hind Rajab Foundation specializes in compiling digital evidence to build cases against Israeli military personnel for alleged war crimes, crimes against humanity, and genocide.
