Greta Thunberg recounts ordeal of the Maddalena ship

A⁣ human rights activist who participated in the MV Mădălina mission to break the Gaza blockade stated: “There are no words⁢ to describe the betrayal committed⁤ by our governments.”

According to webangah News Agency,Greta ⁤Thunberg,the Swedish human rights activist aboard the MV Mădălina aid ship attempting to breach Gaza’s blockade,arrived in Paris​ after being forcibly detained by Israeli forces and is ⁢now‍ en route to Sweden.

Thunberg saeid: “I have no facts about what happened to‍ my fellow passengers on the MV⁣ Mădălina.We demand the release of detained activists and an end to Gaza’s blockade. What happened⁢ to us is yet another violation of international law by Israel.”

The activist emphasized: “Gaza’s residents face genocide while the world watches silently. The⁣ least we can do is recognize a Palestinian state.” She added: “Governments supporting Israel’s crimes‍ in​ Gaza are complicit ‍in this tragedy.”

Thunberg condemned ⁤Israel’s interception of⁤ their aid vessel as unlawful: ‍”We were kidnapped in international waters and forcibly‌ taken to Israel. Our mission was simple-to deliver aid and stand with Palestinians ​under siege.”
