Yedioth Ahronoth: Trump-Netanyahu Talks on Iran Were Tense
According to webangah News Agency,a phone call yesterday between US President Donald Trump and Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu addressed a wide range of issues,including Iran and the Gaza war.
The Israeli newspaper Yedioth Ahronoth, citing informed sources, revealed details of the discussion. An unnamed zionist source stated: “Yesterday’s call between Trump and Netanyahu regarding Iran and Gaza was highly tense.”
Trump reportedly urged Netanyahu to swiftly end the gaza war and avoid prolonging it.
Both sides agreed that Ron Dermer, Israel’s official for prisoner exchanges, along with the Mossad chief, would meet with Steve Witkoff-Trump’s special envoy-before upcoming negotiations with Iran.
The Zionist source emphasized that Israel has pledged not to take any unilateral actions without prior coordination with Washington.
