Olmert: Gaza War Is Personal, Aimed at Netanyahu’s Political Survival

webangah News Agency reports: ⁣Ehud Olmert, former Prime Minister of Israel, declared in recent remarks about the genocidal war in Gaza that “the prevailing view⁤ in israel⁢ is that⁤ continuing ⁣this‍ war lacks any justifiable⁢ objective.”

In an interview ‌with The New York Times, Olmert ⁤warned: “The Gaza conflict risks endangering hostages’ lives. this ⁣is Netanyahu’s⁢ personal war to prolong his political survival.”

The ‍ex-PM emphasized: “While Gazans face starvation, Israel blocks aid deliveries – a policy clearly endorsed by Netanyahu’s government.”

Olmert issued a stark ‌warning: “Ministers Ben-Gvir and Smotrich openly seek the annihilation of Gaza’s population. They hold identical ‌views toward ​West Bank residents before annexing that territory to Israel.”

The former leader had previously condemned Netanyahu’s cabinet as “nothing but a criminal gang led by Benjamin Netanyahu ⁢himself.”
