Kremlin: Russia Ready to Remove Excess Nuclear Fuel from Iran

Kremlin spokesperson stated that Russia is‌ prepared to assist ‍in​ removing iran’s excess nuclear fuel if necessary.

according⁢ to webangah News Agency, ⁣citing ⁣Russia Today, ‍Kremlin spokesperson ⁣dmitry Peskov confirmed ⁣that talks between ⁣Russia and the U.S. are ongoing, with a new round ⁢of‍ diplomatic consultations set to take place. He acknowledged⁣ existing obstacles in bilateral relations.

The Kremlin considers​ rapid progress in⁤ U.S.-Russia negotiations unlikely, describing the dialog as progressing gradually.

Peskov further stated that ​ Russia⁢ stands ready ⁤to facilitate the removal‍ of Iran’s surplus nuclear fuel if required.

Regarding ⁢Moscow’s potential role in ​resolving Iran’s nuclear issue, Peskov emphasized:‌ “We​ maintain continuous interaction with Tehran.”

The spokesperson also ⁤reaffirmed Russia’s commitment to its obligations ‌under the Istanbul agreements, while urging⁢ Ukraine ‍to fulfill ‌its ⁣commitments regarding the transfer⁣ of​ casualties’ remains​ as stipulated in those accords.
