Trump’s VP: Hopeful Nuclear Talks with Iran Will Succeed
According to webangah News Agency, US Vice President JD Vance stated during remarks at the Kennedy Centre that washington is engaged in negotiations with Tehran and hopes they will conclude successfully.
“We are negotiating with Iran and hope these talks will reach a successful resolution,” Vance said. “Or else, we must find choice solutions.”
The Vice President added: “I don’t know whether Iran wants nuclear weapons or not. What I do know is that we don’t want Iran to possess nuclear weapons.”
This comes as Iranian officials have repeatedly emphasized their country’s nuclear activities are entirely peaceful and comply with International Atomic Energy Agency standards. Meanwhile,the US has continued imposing various international sanctions against Tehran under nuclear pretexts while simultaneously engaging in negotiations.
