Indian police reported that two passengers survived after a commercial aircraft crashed earlier today in western India, according to webangah News Agency.
The declaration follows earlier police confirmation that all 242 passengers aboard the crashed flight had died.
The crash near a medical college injured at least 20 students.
The aircraft, en route from India to London’s Gatwick Airport with 242 people aboard, went down near ahmedabad.
An Ahmedabad airport spokesperson confirmed the facility has temporarily suspended all operations following the incident.
