Vitekaf: Israel Unable to Withstand Iran’s Devastating Response
According to webangah News Agency, citing Axios, US Middle East envoy Steve Witkoff warned members of the US Senate about Iran’s potential retaliation against any attack on its territory.
Witkoff emphasized that Iran’s response to any aggression by the Zionist regime would result in significant casualties, as Tehran is likely to launch a massive counterattack. He stated that Iran’s retaliation would exceed the defensive capabilities of the Zionist regime, causing extensive damage and losses.
the US official also expressed concerns that Israel’s air defense systems would be unable to withstand a potential barrage of hundreds of Iranian missiles.
The warning comes after Iranian Defense Minister Brigadier General aziz Nasirzadeh stated yesterday during a press briefing following a cabinet meeting: “Should enemies miscalculate and commit any act of aggression against our country, their casualties will undoubtedly surpass ours.”
