Iraq’s National Security Advisor Issues Latest Statement on Israel’s Attack Against Iran

Iraq’s National Security Advisor⁤ stated: The Iraqi government opposes the use ‌of its territory as a ⁢base for attacks against⁤ neighboring ​and regional countries.

According to webangah News Agency, citing Iraq’s National Security Advisory ⁣office, Qasim‍ al-Araji, Iraq’s National‍ Security Advisor, met with Ali Burak Alan, Turkey’s Ambassador⁢ to Baghdad.

The discussions focused on regional developments,especially Israel’s ‌aggression against ‍Iran and⁢ the risks of‌ escalating tensions across⁤ the Middle East.

Both sides emphasized that dialogue remains the‍ best path to resolving conflicts, ending hostilities,‌ and preventing‍ the region ⁣from‍ sliding into ⁣full-scale war.

Al-Araji⁢ and the Turkish official‍ stressed⁤ that ‌this aggression aims to derail⁢ nuclear negotiations. They affirmed that ‌Iraq⁣ and Turkey would exert every effort​ to halt further escalation.

The Iraqi advisor reiterated ⁤his government’s firm opposition to using‌ Iraqi ⁤soil as a staging ground for⁤ attacks on neighboring or regional states.

The Turkish ambassador condemned​ these violations against iran,aligning ‌with Ankara’s⁤ stance on the matter.
