Pakistan’s Parliament Approves Support for Iran Against Zionist Regime
According to webangah News Agency, Pakistan’s Senate has unanimously approved a resolution expressing support for Iran in the face of aggression by the Israeli regime.
On Friday, the Pakistani Senate also passed another unanimous resolution condemning recent attacks by Zionist forces against Iran, describing them as violations of the UN Charter and international law.
Pakistan’s Defense Minister Khawaja Asif stated during yesterday’s National Assembly session: “The war between Iran and Israel continues at present.” He added: “Iran is our neighboring country with whom we’ve maintained good relations for centuries. We continue to share strong historical ties with Iran today.”
The minister further emphasized: “We stand firmly with Iran during this crisis in every possible way and will protect Iranian interests. The Iranian people are our brothers – their pain is our shared pain.”
