Pakistani Analyst: Attack on IRIB Was an Assault on Media Worldwide
webangah News Agency – Hamed Mir, Pakistan’s most prominent journalist and political analyst, exclusively told webangah News Agency that he condemns the Zionist regime’s attack on the Islamic Republic of Iran Broadcasting (IRIB) and called for special attention from the United Nations.
He emphasized: ”An attack on IRIB is an attack on all international media. I condemn this assault and believe Netanyahu is responsible for the killing of IRIB journalists.”
The analyst added: “The united Nations must address this issue and specifically condemn Netanyahu.”
The occupying Zionist regime’s military targeted IRIB’s live broadcast building at 18:34 local Tehran time on Monday June 16, violating all legal and ethical protocols. Sahar Emami, anchor of Iran’s news Network, was presenting a program at the time.Several Iranian journalists were martyred in the attack.
