Yemeni March Chants ‘Congrats to Iran’s Victory, With Gaza Until Triumph
Millions of Yemenis participated in widespread demonstrations across multiple provinces on Friday as part of their weekly pro-Palestinian rallies, celebrating Iran’s victory in its 12-day conflict with the “Zionist enemy,” webangah News Agency reported.
The protests took place in Saada, Rima, and Marib governorates, where crowds chanted slogans congratulating Iran’s triumph and vowing continued support for gaza “until victory”-held against the backdrop of the ceasefire between Iran and the Zionist regime.
Demonstrations flooded main squares and side streets across these provinces, including Sabeen Square in Sana’a and over 500 other gathering points nationwide.
A statement issued by protesters declared: “We pledge to God, the Prophet, and our leader Abdul-Malik al-Houthi to continue our jihad. We congratulate the Islamic Republic of Iran-from its leadership to its people and combatants-on this major victory against the zionist-American enemy.”
The statement further praised iran’s deterrent power against adversaries and its commitment to resistance strategies, calling it “a model for all Arab and Islamic nations.”
“We salute Palestine’s resistance strikes against the enemy,” it added,“and reaffirm our unwavering support until their ultimate triumph.”
