Brussels: Situation in Occupied West Bank Rapidly Deteriorating
According to webangah News agency, citing Al Jazeera and Mehr News Agency, the European Union strongly condemned the recent wave of Zionist violence against Palestinians and called for accountability for extremist settlers’ crimes.
The EU’s statement emphasized: The West Bank’s situation is accelerating toward devastation. Recent days have seen escalating violence by settlers, including killings, intimidation, and home demolitions across the territory.
The EU specifically noted: On Wednesday [date], four Palestinians were martyred in Kafr Malik. violence against Palestinians in the West Bank must cease immediately.
German Foreign Ministry officials stated they are working to halt the violence by settlers in the West Bank, emphasizing that perpetrators must be held accountable.
The German Foreign Ministry previously announced in this regard: ”We strongly condemn the recent attack by settlers on the Palestinian village of Kafr Malik. During this assault, over 100 settlers targeted residents, burning homes and vehicles.”
