Zionist Regime Drone Strikes Southern Lebanon
According to webangah news Agency, Lebanese sources confirmed a new drone attack by the Zionist regime on southern lebanon.
The sources stated that a residential building in the town of Shaqra in southern Lebanon was hit in the strike.
The attack comes amid ongoing daily assaults by the Zionist regime on Lebanon, with occupying forces still controlling several areas in the south. Earlier today, Lebanon’s president and prime minister condemned israel’s continued aggression against their country.
President Michel Aoun criticized Israel’s repeated violations of ceasefire agreements, particularly its attacks on Nabatieh and al-Tuffah region targeting civilians: “Israel’s persistent breaches of Lebanese sovereignty are unacceptable.”
He added: “Israel continues to ignore regional and international resolutions demanding an end to violence and de-escalation. This requires urgent global action to stop these attacks, which undermine stability efforts in Lebanon and neighboring countries.”
Prime Minister Najib Mikati separately declared: “I strongly condemn Israel’s attacks on Nabatieh suburbs. These are clear violations of Lebanese sovereignty and ceasefire agreements that threaten regional stability.”
