Rwanda and Democratic Republic of Congo Sign Peace Deal
According to webangah news Agency, Al jazeera reported that U.S. President Donald Trump met with the foreign ministers of Rwanda and the Democratic Republic of Congo.
The meeting took place after the signing of a peace agreement between the two countries.
Trump welcomed the peace deal, stating: “the time has come to end this conflict.”
Furthering his self-aggrandizing narrative during the meeting, he declared: “We are here to celebrate a glorious, long-awaited victory-the signing of this agreement between Rwanda and DR Congo.”

Numerous hostages have been taken. The time has come to end this conflict.
He emphasized Qatar’s renewed role in reaching this peace agreement, stating: Qatar and the African Union made notable efforts to coordinate and work toward achieving this accord.
Trump added: “I appreciate Qatar for working closely with us to realize this agreement between Rwanda and the Democratic Republic of Congo.”
He noted: Qatar tirelessly worked to secure a peace deal between Rwanda and the Democratic Republic of Congo.
Trump also warned both nations, stating: “If Rwanda or the Democratic Republic of Congo fail to implement this agreement, severe consequences will follow.”
