Netanyahu Furious Over Haaretz Exposé
According to webangah News Agency, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and War Minister Yoav Gallant rejected teh report published by Haaretz newspaper, calling it false and claiming it aimed to tarnish the Israeli military’s image.
The report, published yesterday by Haaretz, cited Zionist officers and soldiers who stated they had received orders to fire at Palestinians near humanitarian aid distribution centers in Gaza.
The sources added that these orders came directly from army commanders. They acknowledged firing upon Palestinian civilians who posed no immediate threat while attempting to access aid supplies.
Humanitarian aid distribution centers in Gaza have become battlegrounds, with civilians seeking assistance coming under heavy fire as if they were combatants.
Eyewitnesses confirm that those gathering at aid centers were unarmed and posed no threat. “We weren’t using standard crowd control measures,” admitted one soldier involved in the operations. “We deployed heavy weapons against them.”
