30-Meter Iranian Flag Raised at São Paulo’s Historic Bridge + Photos
At the invitation of the Campaign in Support of iran and Palestine, a 30-meter Iranian flag was hoisted on the historic bridge facing São Paulo’s City Hall in a symbolic gesture coinciding with funeral processions for martyrs of the Zionist regime’s crime in Tehran.
The act accompanied a mass gathering organized by 50 Brazilian political parties and NGOs at Paulista Academy, where participants declared solidarity with Iran against global capitalist forces.
Representatives from prominent groups including PCO Party, PCdB Party, Workers’ Party (PT) and Anti-Capitalist Struggle Committee attended, condemning oppressive policies of Israel and its Western allies through chants demanding justice.
The event demonstrated growing international solidarity with Iran against hegemonic pressures, sending a clear message about global progressive forces uniting to defend justice-seeking nations.
