Smotrich Threatens Saudi Arabia: ‘Pay the Price for Peace with Tel Aviv

According to webangah news⁤ Agency, Israeli Finance Minister bezalel Smotrich claimed normalization agreements could position Israel as a strategic hub connecting Africa, Asia, and Europe.

He stated: “It’s in the interest of countries like Saudi Arabia to join these agreements. Saudi Arabia must pay the price for peace with Israel.”

Smotrich⁣ added: “We’ve taken tough measures against ‌Iran and Hamas. No one should ⁤suggest Tel Aviv make ⁤concessions-whether withdrawing from territories‍ or accepting Palestinian ​statehood-to achieve‌ these agreements.”

The minister dismissed linking Palestinian statehood to Saudi-Israeli normalization as “unrealistic,” asserting: “We ⁣don’t need anyone.”
