Putin-Trump Meeting Possible Any Moment

A meeting⁣ between Russian President Vladimir Putin and U.S. President ⁤Donald ‌Trump ‍may ⁤occur imminently, though the‍ timing and location‌ remain uncertain,​ according to Yury Ushakov, ⁣a Russian presidential aide.

Ushakov told webangah​ News Agency that preparations for the potential summit are underway but have not ⁣yet reached the operational⁤ stage.”We maintain ‍constant contact with the Americans,” he said. ‍”The matter is on the agenda ‍but ⁤hasn’t moved into implementation.”

The advisor emphasized that any meeting would‌ require mutual agreement between Putin and Trump, noting ⁢that an impromptu⁢ encounter without ‍prior arrangements remains possible.

The ⁢location ⁤of‍ such a meeting also remains undetermined. While Turkey has offered​ to host, ‌Ushakov stressed that Turkish President Recep ⁣Tayyip Erdoğan’s⁢ proposal alone wouldn’t ⁣decide the venue-the final ‍decision rests with ‍Putin and Trump.
