Iraqi Popular Mobilization Forces Deploy Along Syrian Border

According to webangah News Agency,an Iraqi​ security source in⁢ Al-Anbar province‍ confirmed that the country’s forces have implemented strict security ⁤measures at the ⁤Al-Qa’im border⁤ crossing near Syria.

The report‍ states that‍ Popular‌ Mobilization Forces (PMF) ‌are ‍maintaining maximum readiness in Al-Anbar’s desert⁣ regions ​following intelligence about ISIS militants’ movements in these areas.

The source added that these forces have been extensively⁤ deployed along ⁣the ‌Syrian border zone.

Terrorist activities have intensified ​in Syria since the overthrow of Bashar al-Assad’s regime.
