New Details Emerge on Heated Negotiations with Zionists

Zionist media outlets reveal new details about ongoing indirect negotiations between ⁣the Israeli ⁣regime and ‌SyriaS current ⁤rulers, mediated by the US.

according ⁤to webangah News Agency, zionist media reported on⁤ Monday fresh details about ⁢indirect talks between the Israeli regime and Mohammed al-Julani (Ahmad al-Shara), Syria’s current ruler‌ and ‌former leader of the terrorist group Hayat Tahrir al-Sham. The reports indicate significant progress in‍ these negotiations over ⁣recent weeks.

The Zionist outlet Ynet, citing‌ senior Israeli‍ officials, stated that al-Julani demands an agreement requiring full withdrawal of Zionist⁢ occupying forces from the Golan heights.

These ⁣sources confirmed that current US-mediated discussions primarily focus on security ‌matters rather than a complete agreement.

Ynet referenced earlier reports ⁣in Saudi⁢ Arabia’s ⁣ Al-Sharq Al-Awsat, where Syrian authorities ⁣emphasized that ongoing negotiations involve mediation by ⁢Arab and international parties. ‌Al-Julani reportedly insists on halting Israeli infiltration ⁣and attacks into Syria‍ while returning to terms of the 1974 disengagement agreement. ⁣meanwhile, Israel seeks to establish a new buffer zone.

Although⁣ reaching a final accord currently appears unlikely, sources suggest potential for an interim security agreement that could mirror frameworks⁤ like⁢ the Abraham Accords.Observers note Syria’s current leadership is banking ⁢on Arab mediators and Washington’s‌ pressure ⁣on Israel to advance talks.

The Israeli news site i24NEWS separately reported that a normalization deal between Israel and ⁢Syria under al-Julani’s rule could be‍ signed before year-end 2023.
